to defeat belial you need Ice magic[ Cold blast preferred]
or atleast your strongest attack
Main skills you need are:
1. Makakarn [reflect magic attacks]
2. Imposing stance [ remove 1st turn of enemy]
you need imposing stance to stop the reflect piercing skill of belial[piercing fire]
cast both imposing stance and makakarn always
